Lou Pistou is a small traditional Niçoise restaurant.
All our ingredients are locally sourced and change following the seasons & depends on what is on offer in the market.
Every morning we buy the best raw ingredients available on the Cours Saleya where, since Roman times, local farmers, fruits producers and fishermen have congregated to sell fresh produce.
For lunch (Except on bank holidays) we offer a 24€ menu (tree course meal) as well as our A la Carte Menu.
The evenings are A La Carte only.
